Odogwu

Odogwu — meaning 'the respected man' or 'the strong one' — is a residential development crafted for clients who expect more: more space, more quality, more character. The project draws on Building Planner Designs' full-service capability, from architectural concept to completed construction.

The design features bold, clean facades with a contemporary Ghanaian aesthetic — strong geometric forms, shaded verandas, and well-defined entry sequences that give each home a sense of arrival and belonging.

Interior layouts prioritise family living: generous bedrooms, a social kitchen-dining zone, and bathrooms with quality fittings. Landscaping and perimeter treatment were completed as part of the full scope delivery.
